Scope and identity
These terms are drafted for the EchoBastion website and its general resources. The full contracting entity, business address, governing law, and jurisdiction have not been supplied. The owner must confirm these and review the terms before adoption. Browsing or making an enquiry does not create a paid engagement or authorise testing.
General information
Resources are introductory material, not a complete assessment, incident instruction, legal opinion, or assurance that a specific control or AI solution suits your situation. Discuss your environment and seek appropriate professional advice where needed. Potential work remains subject to scope, availability, and agreement.
Enquiries and agreements
Forms prepare a draft in your email application. You review and send it. No receipt confirmation, response time, or emergency availability is promised. Separate service terms should define authorisation, deliverables, fees, payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, data arrangements, support, liability, termination, and any service levels. These website terms do not replace that contract.
Acceptable use
Use this site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt availability, impersonate others, send malicious files, or disclose information you are not entitled to share. Publishing educational security material does not grant permission to test any system. Begin disclosures with a minimal report through the contact route.
Content and third parties
Branding and materials remain subject to the rights of their owners. Do not imply an unauthorised partnership or endorsement. External resources have their own terms. Content may change or become unavailable. No absolute accuracy, security, uptime, or fitness guarantee is stated in this draft.
Legal review
Liability limits, dispute wording, statutory-rights provisions, and governing-law clauses depend on the actual business and applicable law. This draft does not invent a liability cap or choose a jurisdiction. Contact Adam@echobastion.org with questions about use of the site or a proposed engagement.
