Find the right problem
Look for a repeatable task with a clear input, an identifiable user, and an output that can be evaluated. Organising information or preparing drafts for human review are examples to discuss, not existing EchoBastion products. Explain how the process works today, where time is spent, and what errors would mean.
Evaluate before expanding
Agree representative examples before selecting a model or integration. Include ordinary inputs, ambiguous requests, missing context, and cases that require escalation. Consider correctness, review time, latency, accessibility, data exposure, and the cost of a plausible but incorrect answer. A demonstration is not a reliability guarantee.
Understand the data flow
Identify which information may be shared with each provider and whether you have permission to use it. Review contracts, retention, processing locations, access boundaries, and training policies. These vary by provider and product. Sensitive material should not enter a prototype before these questions are resolved.
Keep authority explicit
An answer suggestion and an external action have different consequences. Define which actions need approval, who reviews outputs, and how a user reports a problem. Assign the minimum permissions required and retain a practical way to pause or roll back the workflow.
Agree the implementation
An initial scope should identify the workflow, approved inputs, evaluation criteria, responsible owner, and intended deliverable. Production hosting, provider charges, support, maintenance, and monitoring need separate agreement. This website does not promise a particular accuracy level, cost saving, or autonomous capability.
